Return & Exchanges

If the product you received is damaged or if you receive the wrong article, we will send you a new product without any cost.

If the product doesn’t satisfy your expectation for any reason, you can send us back. We accept returns within 12 days of purchase and only if the product has not been opened or used. Once we receive the product, we will check the conditions mentioned above and if is intact we will proceed to the refund. Shipping cost are not included.
